The city of Split is situated in the warmest region of the northern Mediterranean coast, in the very centre of the Adriatic eastern coast and in the immediate vicinity of the rivers Jadro and Žrnovnica that have been watering it for 1700 years. Its mild climate, with 2700 sunny hours per year, makes it an oasis where, sheltered from the wind, one can enjoy the sun even in wintertime. The industrial, university, and business centre of the region nourishes its "green soul" on the hill Marjan situated in the westernmost part of the peninsula. Its forested park infringed by the city and the sea offers pleasant walks away from the city noise under the pines by the sea. We offer our guests great accommodation in fully equipped apartments in a family house. Our apartments are in the city of Split, more accurately in the very centre of the city, a part called Varoš and only a few minute walk from the beautiful ancient palace of Diocletian that is the heart of the city.

Svaguša apartments offer accommodation in an old stone house in the very centre of the city. The house is situated in a quiet and peaceful part of town, approximately 50 m from the main Split promenade Riva and the Diocletians palace, and about 500 m from the nearest beach. The rooms are equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay during your summer holiday (air conditioning, TV). Facilities: Its a two bedroom apartment, surface 43 square meters. On first floor you have living room, bathroom with shower tub, kitchen which have all you need: dishes, refrigirator, stove, and similar acessories and on a second floor two rooms: one double bed and one single bed

Wherever you go during your tourist or business stay in Split, look for a good konoba (wine cellar) or fish restaurant, where fruit of the sea and sea food dishes will offer an unforgettable joy to all your senses.
